Well well well! This is the end of the contest and as with a lot of contests, there’s a winner! However, I need to keep up my end of the bargain so before we announce the winner, I want to first show you the fake cover (I called it fake cover but it’s a suitable cover that was taken by my daughter Annabelle) and here is the last look…
Finally, here is the actual cover going on the book and its release date of (insert drum roll here) January 23, 2024! (Update-nope! It’ll be out before the end of the year!)
The cover is from the great Don Noble and I can’t wait for the chance to hold it for real in my grubby hands!
Without further delay, the winner is the resident of Hudson falls NY her name is Cassandra Distilli!
Cassandra will not only be receiving an annotated copy of the advanced reader copy, she will be getting three ponies suitable for naming and leaving around the house! (Warning: choking hazards) She will also be getting a very small skull that may or may not be anatomically correct. (Warning: Another choking hazard.) Additionally, she will be receiving a copy INTO THE FUTURE CD by the progressive rock group known as Novus where I was the stunt vocalist. (Believe it or not, a different kind of choking hazard.)
